My Favorite Green Juice Recipe
This green juice recipe blends baby spinach, cucumber, Fuji apples, citrus fruits including oranges, grapefruit, and optional lemon to produce a refreshing and slightly sweet juice. Ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach packed full
- 1/2 English cucumber peeled
- 3 Fuji apples
- 2 orange navel
- 1 grapefruit ruby red
- 1 small lemon peeled, optional
Instructions
- Wash all fruit and veggies well. Cut apples into quarters. Peel oranges, grapefruit, and lemon.
- Send all ingredients through juicer starting with spinach and ending with lemon.
- Stir juice and pour into glasses. Add ice if desired. Serve immediately.
