Ingredients
- 300 g self raising flour
- 1 eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp yeast
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 100 ml water Warm
Instructions
- In a large bowl add the ingredients into a bowl then combine the ingredients together to form a firm dough – add more water if required
- Oil the bowl and leave the dough to set and rise for at least half an hour
- Create small balls with the dough and then roll out
- Add water on one side of the naan bread
- Cook on a pan for a few minutes until a few bubbles form
- Flip the pan and cook the naan for a few more minutes until the naan bread is browned
- Add butter and garlic or coriander if desired
- Serve immediately and enjoy with your favourite kebab and curry!
