Naan Bread Pizza Recipe

Make air fryer personal pizzas from naan bread.

Ingredients

  • naan bread
  • 1/4 cup cooked chicken
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 3 lices cooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons red onion
  • 3 tablespoons shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Make sure your bread will fit in your air fryer basket and cut it to fit if necessary.
  2. Shred the chicken, crumble the bacon and dice the onion.
  3. Spread the ranch dressing around the flatbread, getting close to the edges.
  4. Top it with the shredded chicken, bacon and red onion.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the flatbread.
  6. Gently place it in the air fryer basket, making sure not to knock off the toppings as you move it.
  7. Air fry at 350 degrees F for 5-7 minutes. It is done when the edges of the bread and the cheese start to brown.

Notes

  • Put it on a cookie sheet in a preheated 450 degree oven and cook it for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and starts to brown.
  • Traditional - pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese
  • Veggie - pizza sauce, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and olives
  • Margherita - tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil
  • BBQ - pulled pork, onions and cheese
  • Hawaiian - ham, pineapple and cheese
