Ingredients

  • 1 Napa cabbage sliced into 1-inch strips, medium
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash the napa cabbage and slice it into 1-inch wide strips, discarding the tough bottom stem.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until the cabbage is wilted and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in apple cider vinegar and cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
