Ingredients

  • 1 ounce campari
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth (I recommend Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth for this drink.)
  • 1 orange peel, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the Campari, gin, and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until very cold and perfectly diluted, about 30 seconds.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and (optional) garnish with an orange peel.
