Ingredients
- 9 chicken thighs boneless and skinless
- 2 lasagne sheets fresh
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 carrot medium
- 1 onion small, white
- 720 ml vegetable stock
- 1 Tsp garlic frozen
- 65 ml white wine
- 2 Tbsp oregano
- salt
- black pepper
Kitchen Gadgets:
- Ninja Soup Maker
Instructions
- Dice your chicken thighs and season with salt, pepper, and half the oregano. Also peel and dice your vegetables.
- Add in the vegetable stock and a cup of water (240ml) and stir.
- Then add in your chicken, garlic, and vegetables.
- Using scissors chop your fresh lasagne into strips.
- Add in pasta and place the lid on your soup maker.
- Set it to chunky soup and 5 minutes before the end of cook time add in extra oregano, white wine, and salt and pepper. Cook for a further 5 minutes before serving with warm crusty bread.
Notes
- Swaps. You can use any pasta you want. Though I have found that fresh lasagne works well and doesn’t go as soggy and tastes much better.
