Ninja Soup Maker Chicken Noodle Soup. How to make a delicious homemade chicken noodle soup in your soup maker. Using a pasta hack that I learnt from Jamie Oliver you will love this bowl of comfort food heaven.

Ingredients

  • 9 chicken thighs boneless and skinless
  • 2 Sheets Fresh Lasagne
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 small white onion
  • 720 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 Tsp Frozen Garlic
  • 65 ml white wine
  • 2 Tbsp oregano
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice your chicken thighs and season with salt, pepper, and half the oregano. Also peel and dice your vegetables.
  2. Add in the vegetable stock and a cup of water (240ml) and stir.
  3. Then add in your chicken, garlic, and vegetables.
  4. Using scissors chop your fresh lasagne into strips.
  5. Add in pasta and place the lid on your soup maker.
  6. Set it to chunky soup and 5 minutes before the end of cook time add in extra oregano, white wine, and salt and pepper. Cook for a further 5 minutes before serving with warm crusty bread.

Notes

  • Swaps. You can use any pasta you want. Though I have found that fresh lasagne works well and doesn’t go as soggy and tastes much better.
