No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake

No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake is a delicious cheesecake recipe with an Oreo cookie crust. It’s the perfect no-bake dessert!

Ingredients

Oreo Cookie Crust
  • 14 Oreo cookies keep cream filling inside, crushed
  • 1/3 cup butter melted, salted
Chocolate Cheesecake Filling
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar divided
  • 10 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate melted then cooled
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter together. Using the back of a large spoon, press mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Place in the freezer to set while preparing the cheesecake filling.
Chocolate Cheesecake Filling
  1. In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and ¼ cup of the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate medium-size bowl, beat together the cream cheese and remaining powdered sugar until soft. Mix in the sour cream, cooled melted chocolate, and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend and fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined. Spread evenly over the top of the crust.
  4. Store cheesecake covered in the fridge for at least 5 hours to set. Cut into slices. Serve with fresh whipped cream and chocolate sauce, if desired.
