No Bake Chocolate Strawberries and Cream Pie

An amazing no bake pie with a chocolate crust filled with a creamy strawberry filling.  It gets topped with fresh strawberries and drizzled in chocolate and will be a huge hit wherever it goes!

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 5 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (21-ounce) can strawberry pie filling
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

  1. In a food processor pulse 24 Oreo cookies cookies until they are fine crumbs. Add 5 tablespoons melted unsalted butter and mix until incorporated. Press the crumbs into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl add 4 ounces softened cream cheese, ½ cup heavy cream, and ½ cup powdered sugar. Using an electric hand mixer, beat until the heavy cream starts to thicken and stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in 1 (21-ounce) can strawberry pie filling. Spread the pie filling on top of the chocolate pie crust. Top with 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  4. Add 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt them in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth and melted. Drizzle on top of the frozen pie and serve!
