No Bake Cookie Breakfast Oatmeal
Featuring the flavors of smooth peanut butter, rich chocolate, and a hint of butter, this quick and easy-to-make breakfast oatmeal features all the flavors of a yummy no bake cookie (or peanut butter delight as you in the South might know them by)!

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
- 3 tablespoons THM Gentle Sweet or equivalent sweetener
- 2 tablespoons defatted peanut flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- ⅛ teaspoon mineral salt
- ½ cup slow cook (old fashioned) oats
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon butter flavor, optional
Instructions
- In a small saucepan*, stir together (mostly, it might not all dissolve together yet) the milk, sweetener, peanut flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Bring to a slow boil, whisking often. Mix in the oats.
- Turn heat down to low. Stirring often, allow to cook till soft.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and butter flavorings.

Notes
- *You can make this oatmeal in a microwave instead, but keep in mind that this causes some nutritional value to be lost. To make it in the microwave, mix together the milk, sweetener, peanut flour, cocoa powder, salt, and oats. Heat on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir. Mix in the vanilla and butter flavorings.
