No Bake Peanut Butter Snowballs
Creamy peanut butter filling covered in white chocolate. These easy no bake peanut butter balls are enjoyed mostly during the holiday season, but don't limit these to the holidays. Simple recipe for all year long.

Ingredients
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 Tablespoons butter softened
- 1 pound candy coating white chocolate
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter and butter; mix well.
- Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a waxed or parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Chill for 30 minutes or until firm.
- Melt the white candy coating in a microwave safe bowl (defrost at 30 second increments) until smooth.
- Dip balls and place on lined cookie sheet to harden.

Notes
- Spear each ball with a skewer, dipped them in the melted coating, then lifted them off with a fork!
