No-Bake Strawberry Nutella Cheescakes Recipe

Decadent No-Bake Strawberry Nutella Cheesecakes are simple to make and for an easy chocolatey dessert perfect for special occasions!

Ingredients

Bottom Layer
  • 4-6 brownies brownie chunks or chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs (I used 1 brownie per cup)
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup Nutella
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Top Layers
  • 12-18 strawberries halved (about 3 small ones per cup)
  • Whipped Cream (I used homemade)

Instructions

  1. Divide the crumbs or brownie chunks between 4 to 6 individual cups.
  2. In a large bowl, with a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and Nutella until smooth. Add vanilla and salt, mix to combine.
  3. In a medium bowl, with a hand mixer, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Using a spatula, fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until combined.
  4. Pipe or spoon the filling on top of the bottom layer. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  5. Before serving, add strawberries and whipped cream.
  6. If desired, garnish with chocolate shavings, mini chocolate chips, or chocolate sauce.
