- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- In a large bowl, pour contents of 1 can of sweetened condensed milk. Whisk in the vanilla bean paste and salt. In a separate large bowl, whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the condensed milk until well-combined. Repeat with remaining whipped cream. Pour into a freezer safe container and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the ice cream hardens. Serve with delicious hot fudge or your favorite toppings!
