No Churn Nutella Peanut Butter Chip Ice Cream
No-churn Nutella Peanut Butter Chip Ice Cream is a delectable 4-ingredient frozen dessert that combines the rich flavor of Nutella with peanut butter chips.
Ingredients
- 2 cups whipping cream whole
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 ounces
- ⅓ cup Nutella
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips peanut butter flavor; or half peanut butter chips and dark chocolate or milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Thin out the Nutella a little, either by placing in a bowl over a pot of boiling water or microwave. Let cool.
- In a medium bowl with a spatula, spoon or whisk combine the Nutella and sweetened condensed milk.
- In a large bowl whip the cream until stiff peaks appear.
- Fold the Nutella mixture into the whipped cream, then gently fold in the Peanut Butter chips.
- Place the mixture in a loaf pan or large freezer safe pan. Cover and freeze at least 3- 5 hours or until firm, even better to freeze over night. Enjoy!
Notes
- Store leftovers of your no-churn Nutella ice cream tightly wrapped in the pan in the freezer for up to a week. Storing it near the back of the freezer can help prevent ice crystals.
- If you plan to store it longer than a week, store it in an airtight container for up to two weeks, if it lasts that long!
