No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream, a fast and easy homemade ice cream dessert recipe. Only 3 ingredients, simple but so creamy and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
  • 2 cups whole or whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla, set aside.
  2. In a large bowl whip the cream until stiff peaks appear.
  3. Gently fold in the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream and combine well.
  4. Place the mixture into a loaf pan or large freezer safe pan. Cover and freeze at least 3- 5 hours or until firm, even better to freeze over night. Enjoy!

Notes

  • The ice cream should be kept in the freezer well wrapped in plastic or in an airtight freezer safe container. It will keep for up to 2 weeks.
