Ingredients

- 1 pound ground pork sausage
- 1 onion diced, medium
- 32 ounces hash browns thawed, frozen
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage and onion until the sausage is browned and the onions are translucent. Drain any excess grease.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage and onions with the thawed hash browns, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
