No Mayo Coleslaw Dressing

Easy, 5-minute no mayo coleslaw dressing that is full of protein and absolutely no mayo!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and blend until smooth. Use a little bit of water if needed to loosen to make the blending easier.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if desired. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
