Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped collard greens 2 oz, 60 g
  • 1 banana previously sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup orange juice 236 mL
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt 120 g

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Notes

  • If using an unfrozen banana, add ½ cup of ice to make this smoothie frosty!

  • Storage: This smoothie is best enjoyed right away. To save it, freeze it in an ice cube tray for up to 3 months, then reblend it with milk or juice. Or, store it in the fridge for up to 2 days in a sealed container. Then reblend it with ice to thicken it up again.
