Nutella Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Karo corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 13 oz Nutella small jar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Heat cream, corn syrup and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Cook until just simmering, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in Nutella and vanilla.
  4. After 1 minute, the Nutella should melt into the cream and create a thick and smooth sauce.
  5. Serve warm over ice cream or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
