Ingredients
- ¼ cup roasted unsalted hazelnuts a few more hazelnuts as garnish
- 1 cup ripe pear chopped with the skin on from 2 small or 1 large pear
- 2 Medjool dates pitted
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups coconut water
- 2 cups ice
- handful of seasonal fruit as garnish
