Ingredients
- ½ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 48 milk chocolate kisses
- 48 Nutter Butter Bites
Instructions
- Line two baking sheets with parchment or waxed paper, set aside.
- Remove 48 chocolate chips from the ½ c. of chocolate chips.
- Place the remaining chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, remove and stir until smooth. If they need to be microwaved longer, microwave in 15 second increments stirring in between.
- Spread the flat side of each kiss with a small amount of chocolate and attach to a cookie. You can also carefully dip the bottom of the kiss in the melted chocolate if you prefer.
- Dip the bottom of a reserved chocolate chip in melted chocolate and place on the opposite side of the cookie as a stem.
- Place on waxed or parchment lined baking sheets and let sit until set. Store in an airtight container.

Notes
- I do not recommend storing these cookies in the fridge or the freezer. If they sweat at all, the cookies could soften and become chewy.
- For best results, store the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. If you plan to serve these at a party, make them the day of or the day before so they taste fresh!
