Ingredients

  • 3 cookies Nutter Butter brand
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips optional
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, crush nutter butter cookies until fine crumbs form.
  2. Add the crumbs, sugar, mini chocolate chips, and baking powder to a 6-8oz. microwave safe mug and stir.
  3. Add the milk and mix to combine.
  4. Microwave for 1 minute, adding 10 seconds more if needed.
  5. Remove from the microwave and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust microwave cooking time in 10-second increments to avoid overcooking.
  • Three cookies produce about 1.6 ounces of crumbs for the recipe.
  • Crush cookies by hand if a food processor is not available, aiming for a fine, even crumb.
