Ingredients
- ½ cup of unsalted butter softened
- ¼ cup white sugar
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup plus 2 Tbsp flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 1 ½ cups of quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup of craisins
- ¼ cup pecans chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Mixing slowly, add the egg and the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl combine the flour, salt, and baking soda; slowly stir the flour mixture into the creamed mixture until blended.
- Add the oats, chocolate chips, craisins, and pecans then mix thoroughly.
- Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 10-13 minutes. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack. Enjoy.
