Ingredients
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour or bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons water warm
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
Instructions
- Bloom the yeast with 2 tablespoons of warm water and all it to stand for 5 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients in the bread machine pan.
