Old Bay Seasoning
You don't need to buy Old Bay Seasoning when you can make it at home with this easy copycat recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns whole
- 6 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom pods whole
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 4 clove whole
- 1 teaspoon paprika sweet, Hungarian
- 1/4 teaspoon mace ground
Instructions
- In a spice grinder or small food processor, combine all of the ingredients. Grind well and store in a small glass jar.
