- 5 ounces canned salmon
- 1 1/3 tablespoons milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 3 tablespoons fine cracker crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
Instructions
- Drain the salmon well and remove any bones and skin.
- Place the salmon in a medium-sized bowl and flake with a fork.
- Mix the milk and eggs in a small bowl, then add to the salmon.
- Add the cracker crumbs, salt, and pepper. Combine the mixture with a wooden spoon or your hands, then form into large patties.
- Melt the olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
