Ingredients

  • 5 ounces canned salmon
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 3 tablespoons fine cracker crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Drain the salmon well and remove any bones and skin.
  2. Place the salmon in a medium-sized bowl and flake with a fork.
  3. Mix the milk and eggs in a small bowl, then add to the salmon.
  4. Add the cracker crumbs, salt, and pepper. Combine the mixture with a wooden spoon or your hands, then form into large patties.
  5. Melt the olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add the patties and cook until browned.
  7. Flip the patties and continue to cook until brown.
  8. Serve, and enjoy!
