Ingredients
- 1 cup Light Olive Garden Salad Dressing
- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fat free half & half
- 1 pound short cut pasta cooked and drained
Instructions
- In the bottom of a cold crockpot, add salad dressing, chicken, cream cheese and Italian seasoning. Cover and cook 3-4 hours on high.
- Turn crockpot to warm, shred chicken and stir to melt cream cheese completely into sauce. Toss with parmesan cheese, half & half and cooked pasta.
- Divide into portions and serve warm.
