Ingredients

  • 1 cup Light Olive Garden Salad Dressing
  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fat free half & half
  • 1 pound short cut pasta cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. In the bottom of a cold crockpot, add salad dressing, chicken, cream cheese and Italian seasoning. Cover and cook 3-4 hours on high.
  2. Turn crockpot to warm, shred chicken and stir to melt cream cheese completely into sauce. Toss with parmesan cheese, half & half and cooked pasta.
  3. Divide into portions and serve warm.
