Ingredients
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons Romano cheese , grated
- 1 tablespoon instant pectin
- 2 tablespoons raw egg , beaten
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Process all the ingredients in a food processor until the chili flakes are tiny specks.
- Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
