Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons  extra-virgin olive oil
  • pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper
  • tiny bit of crushed red pepper depending on how spicy you like things
  • 2 teaspoons  balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Pour the olive oil onto a small plate or shallow bowl
  2. Add salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper
  3. Add approximately 1/2 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar by swirling into the mixture
  4. Serve with warm toasted bread
