This orange creamsicle smoothie is similar to an Orange Julius. It's made with a whole orange, orange juice, yogurt, and a banana for a breakfast drink that is as healthy as it is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 large navel orange
  • 1 large banana frozen
  • ¼ cup PLAIN yogurt preferably thick, Greek-style yogurt
  • ¼ cup orange juice can sub water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the ingredients into your blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy. 
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy right away.
