Orange Dreamsicle Smoothie {or Popsicles!}

Ingredients
- ¾ cup freshly squeezed or storebought orange juice (see note)
- 1 ½ cups vanilla yogurt
- 1 ½ cups (about 170 grams) frozen mangoes
- 1 ripe peeled banana
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Ice cubes more or less, depending on the consistency you want
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in the blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately or pour into popsicle molds and freeze.

Notes
- Orange Juice: so in an ideal world, I'd always juice my own oranges for this recipe. In reality, I'm usually pulling out the Simply OJ we have in the fridge that we use almost every morning in our kefir smoothies anyway. So...use what you have. The better tasting the orange juice, the better tasting the smoothie.
- Sweetness: this smoothie is perfectly sweet as is for our tastes - I usually use the Trader Joe's brand of vanilla yogurt; a lot of the flavor will depend on what brand of yogurt and orange juice you use (and how ripe your banana is) so feel free to adjust ingredients/amounts depending on how sweet you want it. Maybe a drop of agave nectar or honey, if needed?
