Ingredients
- 2 large navel oranges
- 65 grams sugar ½ cup
- 140 grams Greek yogurt ½ cup, full fat
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Peel 2 large navel oranges and place in a blender with 140 grams Greek Yogurt, 65 grams sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Blend till smooth.
- Pour into a freezer proof dish or container and freeze for 1 hour, till yogurt is solid. Remove from the freezer and allow to soften slightly before serving.

Notes
- Use a full fat Greek yogurt for best results.
- If you cannot find navel oranges, use similar large juicy oranges and remove any seeds.
- Store in a sealed container in the freezer for up to a month.
- Remove from the freezer and keep on the counter to soften before serving.
