Orange Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 large navel oranges
  • 65 grams sugar ½ cup
  • 140 grams Greek yogurt ½ cup, full fat
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Peel 2 large navel oranges and place in a blender with 140 grams Greek Yogurt, 65 grams sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Blend till smooth.
  2. Pour into a freezer proof dish or container and freeze for 1 hour, till yogurt is solid. Remove from the freezer and allow to soften slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use a full fat Greek yogurt for best results.
  • If you cannot find navel oranges, use similar large juicy oranges and remove any seeds.
  • Store in a sealed container in the freezer for up to a month.
  • Remove from the freezer and keep on the counter to soften before serving.
