Ingredients
- 3 orange peeled and chopped into two or three pieces
- 2 lemon zest and juice, plural
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain, 125 grams
- 2 tablespoons honey 30 milliliters
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes 130 grams
Instructions
- Add the peeled oranges to a blender and blend until smooth.
- If you do not have a strong blender or want a completely smooth texture, pour the pureed oranges through a fine mesh sieve. Use a spoon to scrape and press and get as much moisture out of the mixture as possible. Transfer the juice back to the blender.
- Add the zest and juice from the 2 lemons, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to the orange mixture in the blender and process until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
