Orange Sesame Dressing Recipe

This bright and flavorful orange sesame dressing is perfect for all your Asian-inspired salads. With fresh mandarin juice, honey, garlic, ginger, and tahini, it's a delicious balance of tart, sweet, and creamy. It only takes 5 minutes to make and will liven up your salads all week long!

Ingredients

  • 1 1 mandarin orange juiced - about ¼ cup
  • 2 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 3 3 tablespoons EACH: toasted sesame oil and avocado oil or another light flavored oil
  • 2 2 tablespoons EACH: rice wine vinegar, honey, and soy sauce gluten-free if needed
  • ½ ½ teaspoon EACH: finely minced ginger and garlic

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a 2-cup glass jar and give it a good shake. It's ready to go when it's creamy. Note: if your tahini is very thick, mix it with the orange juice first then add the rest of the ingredients and shake.
  2. Either use it right away or store in your fridge for up to 10 days.
