Orange-Turmeric Tahini Sauce
A deliciously creamy and zesty sauce for your bowls, veggies, meats, and more! This simple recipe makes about 2/3 cup of sauce.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp tahini
- 3 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 Turmeric 1/4-inch nub, peeled
- 1/4 tsp salt to taste, sea salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small blender and blend until completely smooth. Use immediately or store in an air-tight container and keep refrigerated. Sauce stays fresh for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
