Orange-Turmeric Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Tahini
  • 3 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 1/4-inch nub turmeric, peeled
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt to taste

  1. Add all ingredients to a small blender and blend until completely smooth. Use immediately or store in an air-tight container and keep refrigerated. Sauce stays fresh for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
