Ingredients
- One ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 36 Oreo cookies finely crushed
- 16 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate melted
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese and cookie crumbs until they are completely combined together.
- Shape the cream cheese mixture into 48 (1-inch) balls, placing onto a cookie sheet or pan that fits into your freezer.
- Freeze the cookie balls for 10 min.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or waxed paper.
- Dip the cookie balls into the melted chocolate, coating them completely.
- Place the dipped cookie balls in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the cookie balls for 1 hour or until they are firm.
- Once they are firm, you can place them into sealed containers in single layers with parchment paper or waxed paper between the layers, and freeze them.
