Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 15 tablespoons butter softened, unsalted
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 2 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 15 Oreo cookies quartered

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9 inch by 5 inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper; grease the parchment paper as well.
  3. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Using a mixer, combine softened butter with the sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  5. Gradually mix in the flour mixture to the batter.
  6. Mix the milk into the batter.
  7. Add 3/4 of the Oreos to the batter and stir.
  8. Pour the batter into your loaf pan.
  9. Sprinkle remaining Oreos on top of batter.
  10. Cover the loaf pan with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  11. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  12. Let cool before removing from loaf pan.
