Oreo Dump Cake

This decadent Oreo Dump Cake consists of these 5 ingredients: Oreos, chocolate chips, heavy cream, brownie mix, and butter. It bakes up until a soft, gooey bar consistency and tastes amazing.

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo whole
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips semi-sweet chocolate chips work as well
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 18.3 ounce fudge brownie mix 15.25 ounce box chocolate cake works too, box
  • 8 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 3/4 cup butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick baking spray.
  2. Line the bottom of the baking dish with 6 rows of 4 Oreos.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top and in between the Oreos.
  4. Pour the heavy whipping cream over top of all of the oreos.
  5. Pour the dry brownie mix on top and evenly spread it to the edges of the pan.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed Oreos on top of the brownie mix.
  7. Drizzle the melted butter over top of the brownie mix until all of the top is covered with butter.
  8. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Let cool for 20 minutes before serving. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. You can also allow the dump cake to cool completely. It will firm up and become more like a sliceable bar.
  10. Cover with plastic wrap and store at room temperature.

Notes

  • Storage: Cover the cake with plastic wrap and keep it at room temperature for two or three days.
  • Freeze: Store in a freezer container or freezer bag for up to 3 months. 
  • Thaw: Place in the fridge overnight to thaw.
