Oreo Fudge

Oreo Fudge is a creamy, soft white chocolate fudge with chunks of chocolatey cookies. It's the ultimate sweet treat with just 5 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 18 Oreo cookies crushed

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Line an 8x8 pan with foil and spray with vegetable oil spray.
  2. Add white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and salt to a large saucepan on low heat.
  3. Stir until chocolate is melted.
  4. Turn off heat and add in vanilla extract.
  5. Mix in all but 1/4 cup of the Oreos.
  6. Spread into baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle on the remaining 1/4 cup of Oreos into the baking pan.
  8. Refrigerate for 4 hours before slicing.
