Oreo Ice Cream Cake
A super simple Oreo ice cream cake made with just 3-ingredients! Perfect for birthdays, summer parties, or just a frozen dessert!

Ingredients
- 20 Oreos (plus a few extra for topping)
- 2 ounce. containers Cool Whip (thawed and divided)
- 16 mini ice cream sandwiches
- Chocolate syrup, Oreo pieces, Mini M&M's (optional toppings)
Instructions
- Line a 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Line the bottom of the parchment with Oreos, breaking them in half to fill any gaps.
- Spread one 8oz. Container of thawed Cool Whip over the top of the Oreos.
- Layer the ice cream sandwiches on top of the Cool Whip.
- Spread the other container of thawed Cool Whip over the top of the sandwiches.
- Top with crushed Oreos and other candy if desired.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkles just before serving.

Notes
- Upgrade your Oreo ice cream cake by giving it an Oreo crust. This makes the recipe a bit more complicated but can be a fun option. Place 30 Oreos and 4 tablespoons of melted butter in a food processor and pulse until you get Oreo crumbs. Press into the bottom of the pan for an Oreo crust instead of just doing a layer of Oreos.
- Use either mini square ice cream sandwiches (2×2 inches) or cut the larger rectangle ones to size.
- Make it seasonal by trying out different flavors of Oreos and adding a small amount of flavored extract to the Cool Whip before adding to the cake. Peppermint would be a nice touch for the holidays!
- Wrap sliced cake in aluminum foil and keep in the freezer for up to seven days.
