Ingredients

  • 2 packs Oreo cookies 28 cookies. Keep 2-3 aside for crushing on top
  • 4 digestive biscuits (or Graham crackers*)
  • 120 g vegan butter (½ cup)
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 3 Tablespoons agave nectar (or maple syrup)
  • 100 g vegan milk chocolate 3.5oz, or dark chocolate
For the topping:
  • 100 g vegan milk chocolate 3.5oz, or dark chocolate
  • 100 g white chocolate 3.5oz, vegan
