Original Caeser Salad Dressing Recipe
This is the best easy caesar salad dressing recipe. It's creamy, full of garlic and flavor, and great for a classic caesar salad. P.S. you can make it vegan or vegetarian.

Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan or regular mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3 garlic cloves minced or grated
- 1/2 cup grated regular or vegan parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp vegan or regular worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil optional
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Into a small bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk together till completely combined and smooth.
- Do a quick taste test and see if you need to add anything to meet your dressing flavor needs.
- Transfer to a jar and enjoy on an as-needed basis.

Notes
- The salad dressing with last in the fridge, in a tightly sealed container for 5 days.
- If you are not vegan or vegetarian, you can add 1 1/2 tsp anchovy paste to the bowl before whisking.
