Our Family's Favorite Spice Blend - Chaat Masala

I created this homemade spice blend recipe for Chaat Masala totally by accident, and now it's our family's favorite. Tastes great on just about everything!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 2 2/3 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 1/3 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl or jar.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Store in an airtight container.
  4. Sprinkle on your veggies, main dishes, rice, pasta dishes...everything...and enjoy!
