Our Favorite Bread Dipping Oil Recipe
It doesn’t get better than my mom’s famous bread dipping oil. Made with rich olive oil, tangy balsamic and fresh garlic and cheese. It's no wonder my family devours this sauce at just about holiday and get together.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. red pepper chili flakes, optional
- 1/3 cup Asiago cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Start by adding your minced garlic and seasonings to a small bowl.
- Then add your olive oil and balsamic vinegar and stir.
- Finally, whisk in the freshly shredded cheese. Serve with my cheesy pull apart bread or your favorite fresh bread and enjoy!

- This dipping oil is best enjoyed fresh. You can prepare ahead of time by mixing all the oils and seasonings. Then when ready to eat, add the fresh garlic and shredded cheese.
