Oven Baked Chicken Breast Recipe

This easy baked chicken recipe has only a few ingredients and takes less than 30 minutes to bake. Learn how to bake chicken for an easy meal idea.

Ingredients

  • 5-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place the chicken breast in a 9X13 baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts.  I used a basting brush to cover the chicken breasts.
  4. Combine all the seasonings in a small bowl.
  5. Rub the seasoning mixture over the chicken breasts.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  7. All the chicken breasts to rest for a minimum of 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Enjoy!
