Oven Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 12 Chicken Thighs - Skin on with Bones
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil) for each clean up.
  3. Place the chicken thighs on the baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken thighs.  I used a basting brush to cover the chicken thighs evenly.
  5. Combine all the seasonings together in a small bowl.
  6. Rub the seasoning mixture over the chicken thighs
  7. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  8. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving and enjoy!
