Ingredients
- 12 Chicken Thighs - Skin on with Bones
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil) for each clean up.
- Place the chicken thighs on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken thighs. I used a basting brush to cover the chicken thighs evenly.
- Combine all the seasonings together in a small bowl.
- Rub the seasoning mixture over the chicken thighs
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving and enjoy!
