Oven Baked Crusted Pork Loin

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. pork loin sliced crosswise
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the sliced pork. Gently rub and then let it stand for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Dredge the pork in flour and then dip in beaten egg. Place the pork in the bowl with the breadcrumbs and press a little to let the bread crumbs coat and stick.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  5. Pan-fry the crusted pork in low to medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer the pan fried pork in an oven tray. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate.
  8. Serve with your favorite condiment. Share and enjoy!
