Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breast cut into thin strips approximately 2 inches long
- 3 bell peppers mix of colors, deseeded and cut into strips
- 1 medium onion halved and cut into slices
- 2.5 tablespoons fajita seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl combine the chicken, pepper,and onion.
- Sprinkle with seasoning and toss everything together until well coated.
- Place all of the ingredients in a 9x13 inch casserole dish and cover with foil.
- Place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue to bake for 15 minutes more.
- Serve immediately.
