- 20 pieces (small to medium) (cherry) tomatoes
- salt
- sugar
- dried basil
- dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 125°C/250°F.Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a baking rack on top of baking sheet.
- Cut tomatoes into 3 slices. For smaller tomatoes cut into 2. Arrange them on top of the baking rack.
- Sprinkle each slice with salt, sugar, dried basil and oregano.
- Baked in oven for 1 hour or more until desired dryness is achieved.
